What we collect

• Who you are: name, date of birth, contact details and address, and for organisations the company details
• Identity documents, the selfie and the proof of address you upload for verification
• Your balance accounts, their movements and the documents we issue to you
• Your requests, the decisions on them and any review you ask for
• Messages and support tickets, with their attachments
• Sign-in records: when, from which IP address and which kind of device

Why we use it

To run your account, to confirm who you are, to keep your account safe, to answer you, and to meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the app (hosting, email and text message delivery) under contract, and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

While you are a customer, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep records.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, and in some cases ask us to delete it or stop using it. Contact us to do so.
